I've never played Hotline Miami, but I can tell that's what this is like, and I like this a lot.

[Incident PD2017]

Incident PD2017 is a simple game with functional movement and fire techniques and practical, challenging opponents. Once a player gets to know their enemy's function, they are easily dealt with, otherwise they get punished. Movement and firing are smooth and easy to handle, however, the controls were odd to deal with, as regular players are not used to the A key for firing, S key for jumping, and D the key for reloading. The difficulty in control is not a great setback, for the game's features are simply enjoyable, especially for anyone who understands where and what these characters come from.

Incident PD2017 is a good game with manageable controls and solid functions.
