Fun fact I was just on a road trip, and happened to have 'noedigs nightmare night' burned on an old cd for 'car testing'. Hearing that made me think of NG again so that might be why I felt like posting something again.

It is definitely electronic, and although I wouldn't know what to call this by subgenre, it suits well for a scenario, like an encounter of a specific character in a game or story.
Due to Newground's limited genre options, I personally go by "Other - Experimental" when I cannot find its subgenre.
